LEADERSHIP
Anastasia Stull serves on the Advisory Board of Powderhouse, where she advises the institution on the legal, regulatory, and governance discipline required of enduring institutions in the private capital markets.
Anastasia brings more than two decades of experience advising financial institutions, fintech companies, investors, boards of directors, and executive leadership teams on regulation, governance, capital formation, corporate strategy, and emerging financial technologies.
Anastasia is the founder of Stull Legal PLLC, where she serves as a fractional chief legal officer to technology-enabled platforms and financial services companies. She was previously a Partner in the FinTech, Payments & Financial Products Practice at Stinson LLP, and practiced earlier at Nelson Mullins Riley & Scarborough LLP. Her career also includes executive leadership roles as Executive Director of Assureg, Senior Regulatory Counsel to the Consumer Bankers Association, and regulatory, compliance, and risk leadership positions with NewOak and Treliant Risk Advisors. Earlier in her career, she served as Associate Counsel to Merrill Lynch’s Global Private Client business in London and completed a legal internship with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission’s Division of Enforcement.
Throughout her career, Anastasia has advised organizations across banking, payments, lending, capital markets, securities regulation, digital assets, embedded finance, tokenization, and financial technology. She has extensive experience guiding organizations through regulatory change, corporate governance, enterprise risk, strategic transactions, and institutional growth.
In addition to her executive leadership, Anastasia has served as President and General Counsel of Women in Housing and Finance, as an adjunct faculty member at the Graduate School of Banking at Colorado, and as a FINRA arbitrator. She is admitted to practice in Florida, the District of Columbia, and before the Supreme Court of the United States.
At Powderhouse, Anastasia advises the executive leadership team on the legal and governance architecture through which the institution is built and scaled.
Her counsel spans the legal, regulatory, and governance considerations that arise across the institution’s operating disciplines.
She advises Powderhouse on operating with the legal and regulatory integrity it expects of the private capital markets it serves.
