INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

Technology Families

Foundational architectures. Enduring institutions.

Intellectual Property Program

Powderhouse patents foundational computing architectures designed to endure beyond individual products, software releases, and market cycles. The intellectual property program protects the institutional infrastructure underlying evaluation, learning, and capital formation.

The patent program is not organized around features or implementations. It is organized around enduring technology families. Each family protects an architectural principle rather than a single implementation, allowing the portfolio to evolve while remaining conceptually coherent.

Families evolve over time through continuations, divisionals, foreign filings, and issued patents.

Portfolio Philosophy

Products evolve. Software changes. Algorithms improve. Markets shift. Architectures endure.

Architectural principles outlast every implementation built upon them.

Powderhouse patents enduring computational architecture.
Everything else is implementation.
