LEADERSHIP

Dale D’Alessio serves on the Board of Powderhouse, where he advises the company’s long-term technology architecture, systems engineering, and institutional technology strategy. Drawing on more than three decades of executive leadership, he helps guide the technical and governance decisions required to build durable, category-defining infrastructure.

Throughout his career, Dale has founded, scaled, and led technology companies spanning enterprise infrastructure, networking, digital engineering, advanced computing, and mission-critical systems. His experience bridges commercial enterprise, defense, and government programs, combining executive leadership with deep technical expertise and disciplined operational execution.

Dale served as a Senior Vice President at NVIDIA, one of the world’s leading advanced computing companies, until his retirement. He is the founder and Chief Executive Officer of Digital Twins Solutions and Aerem Group, leading both organizations from early-stage innovation through commercialization and large-scale deployment across public and private sectors.

His work includes the design, deployment, and oversight of advanced computing, networking, and high-performance technology infrastructure supporting mission-critical programs for the U.S. Department of Defense and the Intelligence Community. Across these environments, he has led complex engineering initiatives where performance, resilience, scalability, and long-term operational reliability are fundamental requirements.

Earlier in his career, Dale co-founded Microdyne, a NASDAQ-listed networking hardware and software company, where he held numerous executive leadership positions, including President, Executive Vice President of Sales & Marketing, General Counsel, and Board Member. The breadth of those roles reflects a career distinguished by the rare combination of executive management, corporate governance, legal leadership, business strategy, and technology innovation.

His combination of executive leadership, engineering perspective, and legal expertise enables him to evaluate technology not only for innovation, but also for governance, risk, scalability, resilience, and long-term institutional durability.

As a member of the Powderhouse Board, Dale provides strategic oversight of the company’s long-term technology direction, architectural discipline, and governance framework. His experience building complex technology organizations helps ensure Powderhouse is engineered with the rigor, resilience, and systems thinking expected of enduring institutions.

Dale advises Powderhouse on the long-term direction of its technology and systems architecture.
