Jeffrey Hoffman is Chairman of Powderhouse, where he guides the institution’s long-term strategy, governance, and category development.
A co-founder and former Chief Executive Officer of Priceline, Jeffrey helped build one of the defining companies of modern online commerce. He is also a co-founder of uBid and a serial entrepreneur who has founded, scaled, and led companies across travel, commerce, marketplaces, and technology.
Beyond company building, Jeffrey has spent decades advancing entrepreneurship worldwide. He serves as Chairman of the Global Entrepreneurship Network, one of the world’s largest entrepreneurship ecosystems, is a Founding Board Member of Unreasonable Group, and co-founded the Global Business Angel Network, which connects more than eighty angel networks across major investment markets.
As Chairman of Powderhouse, Jeffrey provides strategic oversight as the company establishes a new category of institutional infrastructure for private capital. His counsel spans long-term strategy, organizational design, governance, and the disciplines required to build institutions that endure across generations.
Jeffrey chairs the Powderhouse board and guides the institution’s long-term direction.
