LEADERSHIP
Rebekah Falkler is an enterprise technology architect with more than twenty-five years of experience designing, modernizing, and delivering mission-critical software systems across government, healthcare, manufacturing, finance, media, and commercial organizations. Throughout her career, she has led the architecture and implementation of complex platforms spanning enterprise applications, data systems, identity and access management, systems integration, and large-scale modernization initiatives.
Before joining Powderhouse, Rebekah served as a Solutions Architect and Technical Lead at Booz Allen Hamilton, where she led the delivery of enterprise software supporting federal clients, including the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention. Her work included laboratory information systems, externally facing specimen-submission platforms, enterprise access-control modernization, application architecture, and software systems designed to improve operational efficiency, security, and decision-making across complex organizations.
Earlier in her career, Rebekah held enterprise systems and software engineering roles at Georgia-Pacific and Delta Life Insurance, where she designed ERP solutions, underwriting platforms, financial reporting systems, enterprise databases, and business-critical software supporting large operational environments. Those experiences established the architectural discipline and systems thinking that continue to define her approach to building durable institutional technology.
